R.I.P.P.E.D (South Branch)
A high intensity circuit program combining the components of R.I.P.P.E.D – Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet. It’s an effective one stop body shock.
Also called “spinning,” this class will warm you up, take you cycling through flats, hills, and sprints, all are techniques designed to improve cardiovascular performance and “burn” calories. Limit 12 per class.
TRX Suspension Training (South Branch)
A workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform exercises – you simply adjust you position and add or decrease resistance. Develops strength , balance, flexibility and core stability – FAST and EFFECTIVE
T.G.I.ZUMBA! (South Branch)
Thank Goodness It’s Zumba and we get to dance! We will be using Zumba hip-hop dancing for a fun cardio workout. Ditch the workout join the PARTY!
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music with body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt. Ditch the workout joint he PARTY!
Zumba Lite (South Branch)
This is Zumba at a basic level with the dance modified and broken down to a more moderate pace. Great for anyone who wants an introduction to Zumba, Seniors, or those that want a low to mid-level class. Ditch the workout join the PARTY!
Swing and Sweat – Ultimate Kettlebell (North Branch)
Get ready for a high intensity 30 minute total body workout. This class focuses on burning calories, increasing flexibility, building strength, improving cardiovascular endurance, and having a great time while doing it! Pump up the jam, and get ready to Swing and Sweat. **You are required to bring your own kettle bell to class. If you begin with a 5 lb kettle bell. Kettle bells can be purchases at Walmart or Dunham’s. See the front desk for an example kettle bell and more information.
Ab Blast! (North Branch)
30 Minutes of core work concentrating on abdominals and obliques to keep you “summer fit!”
30 minute of resistance and weight training using dumbbells, tubes, bands, and bars targeting arms, shoulders, chest, back and core tone, sculpt and strengthen.
Yoga – Lite Fitness
Here’s a 30 minute lunch time Yoga class for healthy stretching, strength, and stress reduction which might just fit your busy schedule… Try it out!
Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants of all ages draw the Bokwa L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps!
Basic pilates methods will be introduced for sculpting ling, lean muscles. Working your “powerhouse” or center core muscles will firm abdominals, hips, buns, and thighs and improve strength and posture.
This is a combination of yoga postures and stretches followed by core abdominal pilates work and finishing with yoga stretches and relaxation. You get core strength and toning along with yoga flexibility and power all in one great class.
Cycle – Sculpt (South Branch)
Combining the best of two workouts! We will be using group cycling for cardio results and weights for resistance training to sculpt and tone specific body areas. Don’t miss your chance at taking the workout that burns calories, builds strength and makes the time fly by! Limit 11 per class.
